This plan is designed for devops teams that run small to medium size clouds and require infrequent level 2 support during normal business hours. Service plan includes:

  • first response by next business day
  • assigned specific customer support manager
  • remote support team
  • support hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm PST, Monday through Friday, except holidays
  • cloud size up to 400 VPUs
  • number of support tickets up to 10 per months
  • $6,000/mo with 12-mo contract
