 Minimum requirements to the candidate

  • Strong Experience with AWS: At least 2 years of AWS experience. Deep understanding of AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and IAM.

  • Microservices Expertise: Proven track record of designing and implementing microservices architectures with RESTful APIs.

  • Workflow Orchestration: Hands-on experience with workflow tools such as Netflix Conductor, AWS Step Functions, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.

  • Programming Proficiency: Strong skills in back-end programming on Java

  • Database Management: Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including schema design and optimization.

  • Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, propose scalable solutions, and optimize workflows.

Essential functions

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 8–11 and Spring Boot.

  • Build and implement Microservices-based architecture for enterprise applications.

  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration across systems and platforms.

  • Work with AWS cloud services to deploy, monitor, and optimize applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

  • Implement secure, high-performing, and reusable backend services.

  • Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical solutioning.

  • Develop workflow-based solutions using workflow orchestration/tools as per business requirements.

  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.

  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.

  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.

  • Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing within the team.

  • Work on database integration, messaging systems, and distributed system components where required.
