HR Operations Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to support our HR team in Kraków. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience and grow your career in a dynamic, international work environment.
Essential functions
Prepare employment and civil contracts, annexes, and medical check-up referrals
Collect and organize employee documentation for offices in Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk, and Warsaw
Maintain accurate employee records (digital and physical)
Support compliance with Polish labor laws and internal HR policies
Respond to employee HR-related questions and requests
Collect data for payroll (e.g., time off, overtime, employee changes)
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Support benefit administration (e.g., private healthcare, PPK)
Assist with background checks
Ensure secure and confidential handling of employee data (GDPR compliance)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree studies in HR, Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Ability to understand of fundamental HR processes and Polish labor law
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Polish and English (written and spoken)
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR operations
Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude
