Leonard Livschitz has been the Chief Executive Officer of Grid Dynamics, a NASDAQ-listed company, since 2014 and a member of its Board of Directors since 2006. A seasoned leader with a wealth of entrepreneurial and executive experience, Leonard has successfully navigated roles in early-stage start-ups as well as multinational Fortune 100 corporations. Before becoming CEO of Grid Dynamics, Leonard co-founded Luxera, an LED smart system company, where he served as President and CEO from 2010 to 2014. Leonard draws on over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry, holding executive and management roles across sales, engineering, R&D, and manufacturing at companies including Ford Motor Company, HP, and Philips. With a strong interdisciplinary background in business and engineering, Leonard has deep expertise in technologies, applications, and trends in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Digital Commerce, Solid-State Lighting, Smart Home solutions, and the Internet of Things (IoT). He also possesses extensive expertise in the Semiconductor and Automotive industries. Leonard holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kharkiv Institute of Technology, Ukraine.

Anil Doradla joined Grid Dynamics in November 2019, bringing over 20 years of diverse experience across the finance industry, Wall Street, and the technology world. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Airgain, Inc. (NASDAQ: AIRG), a provider of advanced antenna technologies that enable high-performance wireless networking. Prior to Airgain, Anil Doradla worked on Wall Street as an equity research analyst at William Blair, covering a broad range of the technology sector that included ITO and BPO Services, Semiconductors, Technical Software, and Wireless Communications. In that role, Mr. Doradla performed in-depth analyses of public companies across a range of market capitalizations that included several IPOs. Before William Blair, Mr. Doradla held a variety of senior finance, strategy and technology roles with Caris and Company, Deutsche Bank AG, AT&T Labs, and LCC International.

Yury Gryzlov joined Grid Dynamics in 2007 as the company’s first QA Manager, and quickly established himself as a talented and versatile operations manager. As the company grew, Mr. Gryzlov took on ever-increasing responsibilities, leading to his current role as Chief Operating Officer, where he is in charge of all facets of the company’s operations, including budgeting, legal, HR, IT, office management, pricing, and recruiting. Previously, Mr. Gryzlov served as VP of Operations in Europe, and was responsible for all aspects of our people strategy, including: hiring, developing, and retaining Grid Dynamics personnel offshore. Prior to that, Mr. Gryzlov was the Deputy Director of the Saratov Engineering center, where he managed all of the daily operations. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Biophysics from Saratov State University, Russia.

Valery Zelixon brings 30 years of experience in driving business transformation through the use of technology. His background includes technology and business consulting, startups, solution development, software and technology services sales, and leadership. Throughout his career, Valery played both individual contributor and organizational leader roles, leading teams in such companies as EMC and Wipro. For the last 6 years, Valery built and led a hunting sales team at EPAM, as Vice President and Head of North American Sales. This high-performing hunting sales team made significant contributions to the growth of EPAM.

Vasily Sizov is the Senior Vice President, Head of Americas at Grid Dynamics. After joining the company in 2016, within two years Mr. Sizov had quadrupled the business portfolio he was responsible for and introduced vital improvements to company-wide business processes in just two years. Currently he is responsible for the business performance of all established accounts, ensuring they exceed corporate performance targets. Before Grid Dynamics, Mr. Sizov was the Head of Enterprise and Industrial Software at Skolkovo Foundation, responsible for international business development. Prior to Skolkovo, Mr. Sizov held CIO, key technology and managerial positions for several companies in software engineering as well as manufacturing industries. He has a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from Cherepovets State University (Russia), an MBA in Strategic Management from World Technological University UNESCO (Russia), and a CIMA Diploma in Business Performance Management (UK).

Rahul Bindlish has 30+ years of experience in IT services and consulting. He specializes in helping Tier-1 enterprises with their AI & digital initiatives to improve business performance and drive industry leading growth. Throughout his career, Mr. Bindlish has been recognized as an innovative leader who excels in building high-performing teams and fostering strong customer relationships. He is currently the Senior Vice President & Global Head of Partnerships and Marketing. Mr. Bindlish holds a Master’s degree in Business and Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
