We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client expectations, establishing and maintaining relationships with client stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving client satisfaction and business growth.

Essential functions

  • Manage client expectations from a deliverables perspective

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, becoming the primary point of contact for all project-related matters

  • Proactively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of issues

  • Expand the team by actively finding and attracting talent from the market, as well as fostering the development of internal team members

  • Assist new team members in accelerating their onboarding process, enabling them to quickly become fully operational within the team

  • Mitigate attrition risks by actively working with client management and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Assess internal candidates for open positions within the client account, identifying suitable candidates to contribute to project success

  • Manage multiple accounts, serving as the main point of contact for clients and actively identifying new business opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling services

  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability

  • Implement proactive risk management strategies and take necessary mitigation actions to lower the attrition rate

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated outstanding experience in account management, project management or other related roles

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing teams to achieve project goals

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the building of strong client relationships and effective collaboration with internal teams (20+ team members)

  • Previous experience in an international IT Outsourcing and/or Outstaffing company is highly desirable

  • Experience in dealing with B2B clients from the USA and Europe

  • Excellent command of the English language

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management

  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

  • Possess strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
