Incident Analyst
We're seeking an Incident Analyst/Manager responsible for managing the incident lifecycle. The main goal is to analyze incidents and recurring events to identify relevant cases that require follow-up through Problem Management in order to resolve the root cause.
Essential functions
Responsibilities:
Coordinate review sessions for application and technology changes.
Participate in incident follow-up meetings to help reduce the incident backlog.
Organize problem follow-up meetings to identify blockers delaying resolution and gather evidence confirming root cause resolution.
Generate management reports for each department.
Incident Management - Problem Management - Change Management are the 3 pillars of this position.
Qualifications
Experience:
Data Analysis: Experience in analyzing data and creating reports.
Business Processes: Experience in business processes and how they relate to service delivery.
Information Technology: Experience in IT and how it supports service delivery.
Teamwork: Experience working in teams and collaborating with other departments.
Effective Communication: Experience communicating effectively with clients.
Knowledge and skills:
Data analysis: Understanding how to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Business processes: Knowing business processes and how they relate to service delivery.
Information technology: Understanding IT and how it supports service delivery.
Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex problems and find solutions.
Effective Communication: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas and results.
Teamwork: Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.
Continuous Learning: Ability to learn new technologies and tools.
