Senior Big Data Engineer (Python+Flink)
The team is working on Anomaly Detection & Distributed Computing within the video services domain. The main focus is on building tools, data aggregation, and analytics to monitor video streaming quality (for services similar to TV+). This is a high-load environment with massive data volumes that requires advanced approaches to processing and analysis.
Essential functions
- Implement anomaly detection solutions using existing libraries and custom algorithms
- Generate synthetic data for testing models
- Validate accuracy and compare different anomaly detection algorithms
- Ensure robustness, scalability, and performance of models
- Optimize real-time data processing pipelines
- Develop monitoring and visualization tools for video streaming quality metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Data development
- Strong knowledge of Python and data-related ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with Flink or other stream processing tools
- Understanding of distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark, or similar)
- Experience in building and optimizing pipelines in high-load environments
- Solid skills in validation, testing, and debugging of models and algorithms
- English level sufficient for direct communication with client and team
