Senior/Lead ML Frameworks Engineer
We are looking for a Senior/Lead ML Frameworks Engineer to join our client’s team focused on developing advanced tools and infrastructure for large-scale machine learning. You will be responsible for building and maintaining frameworks that support the full ML lifecycle — from data processing and training to evaluation and deployment of large language models (LLMs).
Essential functions
Develop scalable ML tooling to support model training, data ETL, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on LLM-specific solutions.
Deliver reusable, user-friendly tools that integrate with existing ML and data systems.
Enhance infrastructure and workflows to accelerate experimentation and deployment.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of machine learning principles, especially in the context of LLMs.
5+ years of proficiency in Python, including machine learning packages like Jax/Tensorflow or PyTorch.
Skills in Java/scala (preferred).
Experience building scalable deep learningsystems.
Experience with large scale datainfrastructure.
Strong verbal and written communicationsskills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams.
BS/BA or equivalent degree in computer science or similar (preferred).
Would be a plus
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
