Middle/Senior/Staff Golang Developer

We’re seeking talented Golang developers (various levels) to join our client’s Engineering and Architecture Practice (EAP) team, which helps empower engineering teams across the bank with cutting-edge technology.
Our client is a major US-based financial institution. The project is run from their London branch, offering a unique opportunity to work on impactful, high-profile banking infrastructure without requiring banking experience.
Essential functions
As part of our well-established, high-impact initiative, you will contribute to developing platform components and services that enable seamless cloud migration, rapid service deployment, and safe integration of GenAI capabilities.
Our team creates service blueprints that streamline service creation, integration with internal shared services (authentication, secrets management, metrics, logging), and facilitate the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in development workflows.
This is a mission-critical project with strong backing, a talented team of engineers, and a forward-looking roadmap that keeps you at the cutting edge of AI and cloud-native tech.
Qualifications
Deep expertise in Golang
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations
Proven experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure
Passion for learning and working with the latest GenAI technologies
Would be a plus
T-shaped professionals with additional skills in ops, cloud, platform engineering, or SRE are highly valued
Experience in Python and some JVM languages
Experience building developer-focused platforms
