Senior Java Developer (with strong DevOps Skills)
Grid Dynamics is looking for Java Engineer with strong DevOps skills
Essential functions
Design and Develop critical workflows that coordinates and integrates with various internal systems to improve operational efficiency and quality of service.
Design and Develop automation for CI/CD pipelines build on Gradle, Jenkins, Spinnaker and Github.
Deploy, manage, and monitor applications in Kubernetes clusters.
Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Java, including backend development with frameworks like Spring Boot
Experience building RESTful services, working with concurrent systems, and designing resilient, high-performance backend components
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Gradle, Jenkins, Spinnaker, and GitHub
Solid working knowledge of AWS services, including deploying and managing applications in the cloud
Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration and application monitoring
Experience building systems for high availability, scalability, and performance
