Senior DevOps Engineer (hybrid)
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to provide infrastructure and migration support as part of a complex cloud transformation project. In this role, you will design and implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and manage containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes. This position offers the opportunity to influence infrastructure setup and play a key role in delivering scalable, reliable solutions.
Essential functions
Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/Google Cloudbuild
Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Write automation scripts using Python/Go/Bash for system configuration, deployment, and monitoring
Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability, and troubleshoot issues
Manage and maintain infrastructure components and tools like Hashicorp Vault and Zookeeper
Occasionally, troubleshoot and tweak cloud networking infrastructure including BGP, VPC and other related technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related position
Strong knowledge of cloud technologies with experience in GCP/AWS/Azure
Experience in Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform
Experience using scripting languages like Python/Go/Bash
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Google Cloud Build, or similar tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for automation and process improvement
Would be a plus
Knowledge of Aurora/Mesos and experience with Hashicorp Vault and Zookeeper
Experience with EFK / ELK stack
