Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering analytical solutions that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and impactful way.
Essential functions
Collect, clean, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau, Superset, Preset) to monitor KPIs, trends, and business performance.
Design and perform exploratory and deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to define metrics, design experiments (A/B testing), and measure success.
Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders and executives.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance and security policies.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices for analytics, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one scripting language (Python or R) for data processing and analysis.
Strong knowledge of Tableau with hands-on experience developing dashboards and reports.
Experience building analytical solutions with Superset or Preset is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with other data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) is a plus.
Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
Proven ability to work with large datasets and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar).
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
