Lead .Net Engineer (short-term project)
We are looking for a highly experienced .NET Framework Engineer to join a short-term (~ 3 months) high-impact modernization project, where your expertise will directly influence the success of a major product launch. This initiative involves migrating mission-critical applications from Visual Basic to .NET, and is currently in its final and most critical phase.
You will work directly on a production-grade WinForms application, profiling and optimizing for performance bottlenecks such as memory leaks, GDI issues and garbage collection inefficiencies. Your deep understanding of desktop application development and performance tuning will directly contribute to the success of a major product launch.
Essential functions
Lead development efforts for specific modules or features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and implementing code, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Contribute to the development of technical strategies, roadmaps, and long-term plans for the software platform or product, aligning with business goals and industry trends.
Contribute to the system architecture, participating in architectural discussions and ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall design and scalability goals.
Perform code analysis, reviewing and optimizing code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and collaborating with the development team to identify and address code quality issues.
Qualifications
Master level in C# Programming and OOPs Concepts
Master level in using various .NET Platforms
Hands-on experience with profiling and performance optimization in .NET
