Tech Lead Front-End Engineer (React.js)
We are looking for Tech Lead Engineer to work on Phase 2 of the project, which focuses on implementing new features and enhancing existing application workflows. The scope includes search engine implementation, logs & events handling, auditing, and other improvements.
Essential functions
Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery
Break down complex tasks into manageable parts and oversee their execution
Make key architectural and design decisions
Contribute to both frontend and backend development
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and communicate effectively across teams
Participate in late meetings (minimum of 4+ hours/day overlap with PST is required)
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with React
At least basic knowledge of Node.js, Express, MongoDB, and SQL
Proven leadership experience in a Tech Lead / Team Lead role
Ability to structure and delegate complex tasks efficiently
Strong decision-making skills in architecture and design
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
Excellent communication skills to lead the team and interact with stakeholders
Willingness to work with at least 4 hours/day overlap with PST timezone
Would be a plus
Full-stack experience (with Node.js) would be a huge PLUS
