Talent Sourcer
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment team in Yerevan, Armenia!
In this role, you will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates for various roles, helping to drive the growth of our organization in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
Essential functions
Proactive identification of candidates that match the desired skill set for a current or future job openings (Java Developer, UI, Big Data, DevOps, AQA, etc.)
Heavy sourcing, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and any other avenues for finding talent
Reaching out to identified candidates,
Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for different hiring needs,
Gain a deep understanding of recruiting operations and the urgent needs of the hiring team,
Communicate directly with hiring managers, coordinators, interview teams, and candidates to optimize recruiting process on the basis of constructive feedback,
Encourage thoughtful approaches to sourcing new candidates.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in talent sourcing (in an IT company) is a must,
Strong organizational skills with experience meeting deadlines and KPIs, in a self-directed environment,
Excellent research/sourcing skills, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques,
Ability to present creative and well-researched ideas for new techniques and sourcing,
Excellent communication skills
English B2+ is a must
Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
Would be a plus
BA/BS degree in Social Sciences/Humanities field
Ability to deliver results across a team environment, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates
