Staff Software Engineer

Essential functions
· Design of complex web user interfaces, including architecture design, implementation, documentation, maintenance and support.
· Develop user interfaces focused on high usability and clarity.
· Create and maintain scalable, flexible and robust source code that is adaptable and free of critical bugs.
· Oversee A/B experimentation processes, establish new methodologies and enhance A/B experimentation tool functionality.
· Automated tests design and development including unit, integration and e2e tests.
· Create and support test documentation such as test plans, test strategies, test cases and test reports.
· Provide estimations for testing activities.
· Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and incidents; implement risk-reduction steps and strategies to improve application stability.
· Automate workflows in collaboration with DevOps to support CI/CD practices.
· Direct supervision of one Software Engineer.

Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity, Information Protection, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
· At least TWO (2) years of experience in the job offered or at least TWO (2) years of experience in the following:
1. Cross platform single page web app development using adaptive UI principles;
2. Web App Development using Ember.js technological stack;
3. Development of unit, integration, e2e tests suites with QUnit;
4. Configure and support CI/CD pipelines for project activities automation using Bitbucket and Bamboo;
Two years of experience must also include at least ONE (1) year of experience in the following:
5. Web App A/B Experimentation development using Optimizely and Akamai technological stack;
6. 3rd party scripts management with Tealium;
7. E2e tests suites with Functionize.
