Senior Data Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering analytical solutions that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and impactful way.
Essential functions
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards with a focus on usability and clarity.
Work with large datasets in Postgres, writing complex SQL queries to prepare and analyze data.
Apply strong expertise in Tableau to deliver advanced visualizations; contribute to adoption of Superset where applicable.
Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and deliver actionable insights.
Use basic Python and JavaScript to extend Tableau functionality where required.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders based in Europe to refine requirements and deliver value.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and improvements in data analysis practices within the team.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tableau (design, optimization, advanced visualizations).
Experience writing complex SQL queries in Postgres.
Basic working knowledge of Python/JavaScript (for Tableau customizations).
Superset experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
Ability to work in a distributed, Europe-based team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Upper Intermediate or higher English level
