Client Partner
We are seeking a Client Partner with a strong technical background and exceptional business development skills to help expand our partnership with a major global technology company across Europe. This role combines strategic account management, delivery oversight, and business growth responsibilities, requiring a candidate who can confidently engage with senior stakeholders and drive measurable impact.
Essential functions
Own and grow the account in Europe by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing engagements, and driving revenue growth.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholder teams — aligning our capabilities with their evolving business and technology priorities.
Collaborate with delivery and engineering leaders to ensure high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, and continuous performance improvement.
Develop and execute account growth strategies, including capability expansion, nearshore/offshore optimization, and new service introductions.
Lead commercial discussions, including proposals, SoWs, and pricing models in close coordination with internal delivery and finance teams.
Represent Grid Dynamics within the partner ecosystem, maintaining visibility with key business and technical leaders across relevant product areas.
Qualifications
Strong technical foundation (engineering, product development, or cloud solutions background preferred).
7+ years of experience in client partnership, account management, or business development within a technology services or consulting environment.
Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts, ideally within large-scale technology programs.
Experience working at or with a major global technology organization is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Based in Warsaw, Poland, with the ability and willingness to work from the office.
