Lead UX/UI Designer
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join a new project at the discovery phase and help shape the future vision of a Quality Management System (QMS) web portal.
Essential functions
Improving and enhancing overall UX.
Designing UX/UI for desktop and mobile applications.
Creating animations and interactive interface elements.
Conducting user interviews and building user flows.
Wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
Running A/B tests and usability testing.
Preparing design materials for implementation by the development team.
Qualifications
5+ years of practical experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
High sense of style, creativity, and understanding of modern design trends.
Strong ability to analyze and structure complex information.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Ability to clearly explain and justify design decisions.
Meticulous attention to detail and consistent focus on quality.
Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.
Experience working with traditional discovery tools (paper, boards, stickers, etc.).
Proficient with Figma, Principle, and Sketch.
Experience working with Google Suite.
Availability to join evening calls (till 21:00)
English level: Upper Intermediate or higher
Would be a plus
Have BA mindset and experience
Experience with additional tools such as Axure, InVision, Moqups, Marvel, Zeplin, XMind, or Flinto is a plus.
