Senior UX/UI Designer
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the discovery phase for a new Quality Management System (QMS) web portal. This project focuses on understanding how subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders interact with QMS-related information and transforming those insights into a clear, user-centered product direction.
In this role, you will:
Conduct interviews and workshops with SMEs and business representatives to uncover current workflows, pain points, and information needs.
Analyze how QMS data, metrics, and documentation are accessed and used, and help identify which elements should be prioritized in the new portal.
Map user journeys and define core features and capabilities to ensure the solution is intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user expectations.
Synthesize findings into a structured discovery report and translate them into a detailed, actionable product backlog for the development phase.
Essential functions
- Enhancing UX
- Designing UX/UI desktop / mobile applications
- Animating interface elements
- Interviewing users, creating user-flows
- Wireframing, prototyping, interaction design
- A/B testing, Usability testing
- Prepare materials for implementation
Qualifications
- Have practical experience from 5 years
- Be a creative person, aligned with a good style and trends
- Have an ability to analyze and structure data
- Be able to listen and perceive views of colleagues and clients
- Be able to explain and reason your decision
- Be attentive to details and quality
- Perceive criticism as a constructive element for improving results
- Have an experience with Paper and pencil, boards, stickers etc.
- Experience of work with Figma, Principle, Sketch is required. Axure, Invision, Moqups, Marvel, Zeppelin, Xmind, Flinto would be a benefit
- Experience of work with Google Suite
