TA Manager

Essential functions

• Validating all the open positions & first intake meeting with respective managers;

• Tracking recruitment team productivity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis;

• Participating in creating/updating recruitment-related processes, procedures, and guidelines;

• Providing all necessary information on resources, salaries, and availability of candidates on the market

• Ensuring satisfaction and motivation of the recruitment team;

• Making sure that the team members follow all Grid Dynamics guidelines, agreements, and processes

• Provide regular updates to hiring managers;

• Work with hiring managers and interviewers;

• Coordinate and communicate with staffing agencies/freelancers;

• Highlight issues during the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan and vacancy promotion on the market

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment;

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry;

• Upper-Intermediate/Fluent English;

• Strong organizational and project management skills;

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills;

• Service and delivery approach;

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks;

• Positive attitude, creativity, integrity, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges;

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to navigate through any communication/language gaps or barriers; work productively and professionally with any level of business resources
