Data Analyst with Japanese

We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Japanese-speaking Data Analyst with broad language and country experience, eager to work on impactful solutions that protect millions of users worldwide.

Essential functions
Analyze real-time conversation data to detect fraudulent calls, contributing to the development of anti-fraud systems.
Collaborate with Machine Learning teams to provide high-quality, accessible data for model training and enhancement.
Research and implement new data technologies and methodologies to improve detection accuracy.
Engineer and refine prompts to reliably control and automate Large Language Model (LLM) outputs for analytical tasks.
Apply your understanding of scam tactics and strategies specific to Japan to inform detection algorithms.
Support the integration of data insights into operational workflows, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
Native-level proficiency in Japanese
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis, particularly using Python.
Experience working with Machine Learning teams and providing high-quality data.
Knowledge of emerging data technologies and methodologies.
Ability to engineer and optimize prompts for LLMs, understanding their capabilities and limitations.
Understanding of scam tactics specific to Japan
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and independent working skills
Would be a plus
Experience developing test automation for ETL/data pipelines.
