Staff Full Stack Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Staff Full Stack Engineer/Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of multiple high-impact engineering initiatives. This role will oversee delivery across three strategic program areas: Platform Distribution, Asset Portal, and Advanced Search.
Each program area has a dedicated delivery lead who works closely with the client’s internal product, architecture, and integration stakeholders to align priorities, manage execution, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth, delivery ownership, and strong stakeholder management.
Essential functions
Own their vertical's execution and milestone delivery - Serve as primary point of contact with their client’s counterpart
Delivering high-quality code, performing code reviews, and driving technical excellence
Coordinate with client’s counterpart on priorities for each planning cycle
Manage day-to-day task assignment and work direction to their team members
Determine how to allocate work among their team to achieve deliverables
Conduct quality assurance before delivery to the client
Handle escalations and issue resolution within their vertical
Make staffing decisions and resource allocation for their vertical
Qualifications
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, assigning tasks, and driving delivery outcomes.
Proven track record delivering cloud-based applications with microservices architecture
Deep expertise in full-stack development
Frontend: React or Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks
Backend: Java or Python
Data: Relational and NoSQL database modeling and optimization
Infrastructure: Cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Search: Integration with search engines (OpenSearch, SOLR, or similar)
Established automated testing and CI/CD practices
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable tasks
Would be a plus
- Experience with digital media formats or media supply chain workflows is beneficial
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude
