Product Data / PIM Solution Architect

Novi Sad, Belgrade, Serbia

We are looking for a Product Data / PIM Solution Architect to join a new project focused on modernizing product data management and integrations in a complex enterprise eCommerce landscape.

Essential functions

  • You will be the go-to person for product master data, PIM concepts, and product data flows, helping shape a scalable and future-ready solution.

  • Migration from an existing SAP Commerce Cloud PCM to a modern PIM SaaS solution (e.g. Syndigo or Salsify).

  • Designing end-to-end product data flows across systems (PIM, ERP, data lake, downstream consumers).

  • Defining and standardizing product master data models.

  • Supporting one-time data migration and future-state product data management.

  • Designing PIM workflows (enrichment, validation, approvals, publishing).

  • Collaborating with vendors and internal teams on product data onboarding.

  • Ensuring scalable, S/4HANA-ready product data distribution.

Qualifications

  • Product data domain experience (PIM, PCM, product master data, catalogs, attributes, variants, classifications)

  • Hands on Databricks experience.

  • 7+ years of experience.

  • Experience designing or owning product data integrations (API-first, event-driven, batch)

  • Solid understanding of data modeling and consistency across systems

  • Experience in eCommerce or marketplace platforms where product data quality matters

  • Comfort working with multiple stakeholders (engineering, business, vendors)

Would be a plus

  • SAP architecture knowledge, including SAP Commerce Cloud or S/4HANA, Material Master & Classification, and SAP Commerce Cloud, with experience designing S/4HANA-ready target architectures.
