DevOps Engineer
We are seeking a strong DevOps Engineer to design, operate, and continuously improve reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. You will own critical DevOps and SRE initiatives, drive automation and observability, and play a key role in incident management and platform reliability across distributed systems.
Essential functions
Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment strategies
Integrate security into infrastructure, pipelines, and operational processes (DevSecOps)
Own monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management practices
Troubleshoot complex system and network issues and perform root cause analysis
Design and implement reliability, redundancy, and disaster recovery solutions
Collaborate with development and platform teams on reliability and performance initiatives
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
Participate in technical interviews and tooling evaluations
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and troubleshooting
Proven experience with:
Cloud platforms (compute, networking, storage, security)
CI/CD pipelines, containers, and orchestration
Infrastructure as Code and configuration management
Monitoring, logging, and incident response
Solid scripting skills (Bash, Python)
Good understanding of networking fundamentals and system architecture
Ability to operate independently and handle complex production issues
Would be a plus
Experience with advanced monitoring or network observability tools
Exposure to high-availability or eCommerce systems
Experience mentoring engineers or leading reliability initiatives
Familiarity with ITIL or formal incident management frameworks
