Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/ Product Owner to join our team.
Essential functions
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed prioritization decisions
- Excellent user story writing and backlog management skills
- Experience delivering customer-facing ecommerce featuers
- Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, dependency-heavy environments
- Retail, in-store, or operational product experience strongly preferred
Qualifications
Owns and prioritizes the product backlog
Translates approved product and UX vision into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Coordinates delivery across Engineering, Architecture, Store Operations, Customer Care, Analytics, and Release Management
Manages dependencies across enterprise systems such as POS, inventory, loyalty, orders, and services
Supports sprint execution, release readiness, and post-launch issue resolution
Uses data and feedback to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field.
