Customer Support Analyst

We are seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our team and support a leading technology client that creates intelligent, productivity-enhancing tools for software developers and engineering teams worldwide.

Essential functions

  • Respond to user reports and questions submitted through GitHub issues and other support channels

  • Reproduce, analyze, and minimize reported issues to clearly identify root causes

  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to Kotlin libraries, including Coroutines, Serialization, and Datetime

  • Provide clear, actionable solutions, explanations, and workarounds to users

  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams by supplying well-documented findings and reproducible cases

  • Ensure timely follow-up on user requests so that no issue is overlooked

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role (L2 level or higher)

  • Experience working with bug trackers and issue management systems

  • Experience with Kotlin or Java, ideally experience with both Kotlin & Java

  • Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely

Would be a plus

  • Familiarity with Kotlin/Java and its ecosystem, including IntelliJ IDEA, Gradle, Maven, Android, JavaScript, and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP)

  • Experience supporting open-source projects or working directly with developer communities

  • Strong self-organization and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently and independently
