Staffing Coordinator
As a Staffing Coordinator, you will support internship programs and/or work closely with engineers to understand their strengths and support future project team planning. This is a hands-on role involving regular interaction with interns, engineers, project managers, delivery managers, and other stakeholders, contributing to effective coordination and business process development.
Essential functions
Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of corporate systems and data, working with Google Sheets and internal tools to keep information current and reliable.
Regularly collect and validate key information from engineers and delivery managers, ensuring timely and consistent updates.
Analyze upcoming project needs and open positions, and support the development of a proactive staffing and allocation plan.
Collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders and departments on a daily basis to ensure smooth staffing operations.
Actively participate in improving staffing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and transparency.
Qualifications
Spoken and written English skills: upper-intermediate at minimum
Any experience with coordinating people, facilitating, organizing processes or any other experience with people
Accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical thinking and prioritization
Creative thinking, searching for alternative solutions to a problem
Readiness to make decisions
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Flexibility and quick adaptation to change
