AI Developer
We are seeking an AI Developer to build and deliver end-to-end AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI technologies. The role involves full-stack application development, integrating large language models (LLMs), and designing scalable systems that combine modern frontend experiences with robust backend services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React and Python, hands-on exposure to GenAI frameworks, and the ability to design and implement intelligent workflows such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tools, and agents while adhering to governance and security standards.
Essential functions
Design and develop end-to-end AI-driven applications across frontend and backend layers.
Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React, including hooks, component architecture, and state management.
Develop backend services using Python, including REST and/or GraphQL APIs, data models, and business logic.
Integrate LLMs into applications and build GenAI features such as tools, agents, and retrieval workflows.
Design and implement RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
Define API contracts, data flows, and integration patterns across system components.
Deploy and maintain applications using cloud platforms and containerized environments.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams in Agile environments.
Debug and resolve issues across frontend and backend systems.
Ensure adherence to internal governance, safety, and security guidelines for AI applications.
Qualifications
Strong experience in full-stack application development.
Proficiency in React (hooks, component architecture, state management).
Strong backend development experience in Python.
Experience building REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Hands-on experience with GenAI application development and LLM integrations.
Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI tools/agents, or equivalent.
Understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
Experience deploying applications using cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with Docker and CI/CD workflows.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Would be a plus
Experience designing production-scale AI systems.
Exposure to prompt engineering optimization and evaluation techniques.
Experience with performance monitoring and observability for AI applications.
Familiarity with AI safety, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Experience working on AI-powered user experiences or conversational interfaces.
Prior completion of structured GenAI training or certification programs.
