HR Lead
Grid Dynamics is looking for a creative and experienced HR Lead to join our expanding HR team. This is an exciting time to join our company as we continue our significant growth trend. You will act as a strategic partner, supporting and empowering managers to effectively lead their teams and manage the employee experience. You will provide valuable expertise, data-driven insights, and guidance to ensure that the organization's human resources contribute to its overall success.
Essential functions
Collaborate with delivery and engineering managers to develop and implement strategies that promote a positive and engaging work culture
Leading HR BP and HR Operations/Administration team in Moldova
Employee communication and HR consulting for the organization
Work with the global team in the creation and maintenance of our most recent HR processes and policies, both globally as well as regionally as we update existing processes and launch new initiatives toward standardizing our people-centric focus
Ensure that all HR practices comply with current labor laws and regulations
Stay updated with changes in labor law and implement necessary updates in HR policies and procedures
Oversee HR Administration function incl. full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to exit, documents workflow, corporate systems, benefits, payroll process support
Risk assessment and retention activities
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Support in organization of internal events and trainings
Ensure effective communication and cooperation between HR team and other departments
Qualifications
7+ years experience in the HR roles in IT companies
Experience in team management
Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in HR and people processes
Solid knowledge of labor law
Good understanding on how HR functions makes connection with business strategy
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with change in a highly dynamic environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Service and delivery approach
Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian
Positive attitude, personal maturity, readiness to deal with challenges
