Senior Python Developer
We are seeking a Senior Python GenAI Engineer with 6 - 12 years of experience to design, refactor, and scale enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on Azure. This role focuses on building robust LLM-based systems, improving performance and reliability, and developing reusable prompt engineering frameworks for production deployments.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud services
• Proven experience in developing and refactoring scalable, robust, production-ready solutions
• Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM frameworks and techniques (LangChain, guardrails, prompt orchestration)
• Experience optimizing applications for performance, stability, and large payload handling
Essential functions
• Refactor existing solutions to improve scalability, stability, and performance
• Build prompt engineering libraries/plugins, including reusable templates and best practices to improve response consistency and quality
• Perform performance tuning, including testing and optimization for handling large payloads
• Design strategies to manage token limitations, enabling complex and informative interactions
• Extend ingestion support for XML, HTML, HAR, and Microsoft document formats (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF)
• Leverage multi-vector retrieval techniques to enhance solution accuracy and support large datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade GenAI platforms
Qualifications
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong experience with Azure Cloud services
• Proven experience in developing and refactoring scalable, robust, production-ready solutions
• Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM frameworks and techniques (LangChain, guardrails, prompt orchestration)
• Experience optimizing applications for performance, stability, and large payload handling
Would be a plus
• Experience with vector databases (Cosmos DB, FAISS, etc.)
• Practical experience building and deploying GenAI / LLM / SLM-based solutions
• Exposure to multi-vector retrieval and advanced RAG techniques
