Solution Architect
We are looking for a Solution Architect to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology solutions. You will act as a strategic consultant and technical visionary, leading architectural assessments, designing scalable cloud-native platforms, and pioneering AI-accelerated engineering and agentic workflows across the enterprise SDLC.
Essential functions
Discovery & Strategy: Lead technical assessments of client landscapes to identify modernization opportunities; conduct vendor evaluations and product selection in collaboration with ISV partners.
Architecture Design: Architect resilient, cloud-native platforms and agentic workflows, ensuring composability, scalability, and high performance.
AI Leadership: Drive an "AI-First" engineering culture by implementing AI SDLC acceleration tools and methodologies to increase team velocity and quality.
Technical Governance: Supervise end-to-end implementation, ensuring strict alignment with security standards, performance benchmarks, and architectural safety patterns.
Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to VP and Director-level stakeholders, negotiating technical decisions and translating architectural choices into clear business value.
Growth & Pre-sales: Lead technical discovery phases and RFP responses, contributing to corporate blueprints and whitepapers.
Qualifications
Extensive Leadership Experience: 5+ years in senior technical leadership, managing roadmaps for complex digital transformations and driving alignment across cross-functional pods.
Modern Architecture Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud-native patterns, composable architectures, and engineering practices (DevOps/SRE, security, resilience).
AI Integration: Practical experience with Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks to solve business problems and optimize development processes.
Delivery & Operational Excellence: Proven ability to orchestrate complex rollouts, define SLAs/SLOs, and ensure the operational readiness of client teams.
Consulting & Communication: Deep experience in "buy vs. build" analysis and requirement clarification. Exceptional visual storytelling skills to present complex designs with clarity.
Would be a plus
Industry Deep-Dive: Strong background in Retail, Finance, or High-Tech domains.
ISV Partnership: Experience working directly with partners like Databricks, Google Cloud, or commercetools on joint solutioning.
Polyglot Expertise: Ability to architect solutions across multiple stacks (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript).
AI Governance: Experience establishing guardrails, real-time monitoring, and security perimeters for AI-driven actions.
Thought Leadership: Active contribution to the tech community via blogs, open-source projects, or public speaking.
