Solution Architect
We are looking for a Solution Architect to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technology solutions. You will act as a strategic consultant and technical visionary, leading architectural assessments, designing scalable cloud-native platforms, and pioneering the adoption of AI-accelerated engineering across the enterprise SDLC.
Essential functions
Discovery & Strategy: Lead technical assessments of client landscapes to identify modernization opportunities and conduct vendor evaluations/product selection in collaboration with ISV partners.
Architecture Design: Architect resilient, cloud-native services platforms and agentic workflows for complex enterprise use cases, ensuring scalability and performance.
AI Leadership: Drive an "AI-First" engineering culture by implementing AI SDLC acceleration tools and methodologies to increase team velocity and quality.
Technical Governance: Supervise end-to-end implementation, ensuring strict alignment with design principles, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to VP and Director-level stakeholders, translating technical debt and architectural choices into clear business value.
Growth & Pre-sales: Lead technical discovery phases and RFP responses, contributing to corporate blueprints and whitepapers to showcase company expertise.
Qualifications
Extensive Leadership Experience: 5+ years in senior technical leadership, driving architectural alignment across cross-functional pods and managing roadmaps for complex digital transformations.
Modern Architecture Expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud-native patterns, DevOps/SRE alignment, and engineering practices (security, quality, resilience).
Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to lead and align multi-disciplinary squads (Product, UX, Data Science, Mobile) toward a unified technical vision.
AI Integration: Practical experience with Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks to solve business problems and optimize development processes.
Consulting & Delivery: Deep experience in client-facing roles, including "buy vs. build" analysis, requirement clarification, and establishing frameworks for successful solution adoption.
Would be a plus
Industry Deep-Dive: Strong background in Retail, Finance, or High-Tech domains.
ISV Partnership: Experience working directly with partners like Databricks, Google Cloud, or commercetools on joint solutioning.
Polyglot Expertise: Ability to architect solutions across multiple stacks (e.g., Java, Python, TypeScript).
AI Governance: Experience establishing security perimeters, real-time monitoring, and guardrails for AI-driven actions and data privacy.
Thought Leadership: Active contribution to the tech community via blogs, open-source projects, or public speaking.
