Details on tech stack
The candidate will need to be proficient in or aware of the following:
API & Web Services: Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON structures, and Webhook functionality.
Troubleshooting Tools: High proficiency with Postman for API testing and Sherlock for log triaging.
Programming: Ability to read and trace Java/Python/Kotlin code.
Bug Tracking: Internal workflow via Buganizer.
Mobile Ecosystems: Familiarity with Android (Pixel, Samsung, Xiaomi, etc.) and iOS messaging environments.
Log Aggregation: Experience searching through and interpreting high-volume system logs.
Qualifications
Min requirements to the candidate
At least 2 years of previous experience in Tech Support
Experience with REST APIs or other Web Services
Ability to read code (programming language agnostic)
Exceptional Communication: Mastery of written English with the ability to "translate" tech-speak for business users.
Analytical Comprehension: Ability to ask "intelligent questions" to uncover root causes rather than just following a manual.
Technical Literacy: Must be able to read JSON and trace messages from point A to point B through logs.
Ownership Mindset: A focus on resolution quality and partner satisfaction over raw ticket volume/productivity.
