Senior UX/UI Product Designer

Wroclaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Warsaw, Poland

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to join a cutting-edge project for one of our clients. You will integrate with their fast-growing, global product team and take full ownership of the end-to-end UX for complex data experiences. The client's team builds OLAP and Near Real-Time (NRT) ML/GenAI products, including high-TPS data pipelines, near real-time inference, and advanced dashboarding. You will design web applications built with Angular/React and Superset, turning heavy data and machine learning workflows into clear, intuitive, and highly functional user interfaces.

Essential functions

  • Lead product discovery: Map user journeys, define "jobs-to-be-done", and translate complex analytics and ML workflows into clear UX.

  • Design data-heavy UIs: Create intuitive information architecture, navigation, and scalable dashboards (tables, time series, cohort, anomaly, and comparative views).

  • Build and maintain design systems: Develop a componentized design system for Angular/React and create theming for Superset.

  • Produce high-fidelity designs: Create detailed prototypes in Figma and partner closely with engineering for pixel-perfect implementation.

  • Optimize UX for performance: Establish quality standards for real-time states, streaming updates, loading/empty/error states, and latency masking.

  • Run lightweight research: Conduct user interviews, heuristic reviews, and usability tests, synthesizing insights into product roadmaps.

  • Define and track UX metrics: Measure task success, time-to-insight, and error rates while driving continuous experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically with shipped B2B or complex data/analytics products.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflows, data visualization craft, and measurable impact (please include case studies outlining the problem, constraints, iterations, outcomes, and metrics).

  • Fluency in Figma (including FigJam/prototyping tools) and seamless design hand-off to Angular/React engineering teams.

  • Solid grasp of visualization principles (perceptual hierarchy, color for encoding, progressive disclosure) and UX writing for technical users.

  • Tech-savvy design approach with knowledge of real-time UI patterns, states, performance constraints, and Git-based workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to align stakeholders across fast-paced iteration cycles and global time zones.

Would be a plus

  • Experience with BI and observability tools (e.g., Apache Superset, Grafana).

  • Familiarity with Superset theming and plugins.

  • Basic understanding of ML/AI UX and model explainability.

  • Frontend literacy (CSS/HTML, React/Angular components) to help debug implementation details alongside developers.

  • Experience designing for high-TPS systems, alerting, and triage workflows.

We offer

  • Opportunity to work on bleeding-edge projects
  • Work with a highly motivated and dedicated team
  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible schedule
  • Benefits package - medical insurance, sports
  • Corporate social events
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Well-equipped office
