React/React Native Developer
We are looking for a Mid/Senior React/React Native Developer to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies dedicated to boosting everyday well-being through innovative employee benefit solutions. In this role, you will play a mission-critical part in evolving a digital corporate welfare platform that impacts the lives of millions of users. Working within a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will design and scale reliable, user-centric mobile and web applications, helping drive the transition toward a modular, cloud-based architecture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Essential functions
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript.
Build and maintain front‑end architecture.
Work closely with backend and middleware teams to integrate frontends with REST APIs, GraphQL, and AWS‑based services.
Manage the build and distribution of React Native apps on iOS and Android, using Expo EAS or native pipelines.
Ensure high-quality engineering standards through testing, code reviews, clean architecture, and best practices.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies, participating in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Monitor and optimize web and mobile application performance, reliability, and usability.
Support the migration from legacy workflows to the new React + React Native + AWS ecosystem.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in React and React Native development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
Proven experience with React Native app development and distribution on both iOS and Android (Expo EAS or native).
Experience with Node.js fundamentals: routing, API consumption, server-side logic, or backend collaboration.
Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based frontend deployments (S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway).
Proficiency with GitHub and modern CI/CD workflows (in collaboration with the global DevOps team).
Ability to work in Agile teams, participate actively, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders.
Basic experience with Node.js fundamentals (routing, API consumption, server-side logic) is a plus (not mandatory).
Basic understanding of Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus (not mandatory).
