Delivery Manager
Grid Dynamics is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of T&M projects while ensuring strong client relationships, effective team management, and solid financial oversight.
Essential functions
Manage and deliver T&M projects
Maintain regular communication with the customer
Handle project financial processes, including projections and monthly closing
Monitor and manage team attrition
Conduct 1-1 meetings and performance reviews
Work with SOW and project documentation
Participate in RFP/RFI preparation and responses
Qualifications
Experience running T&M projects
Experience with project financial management (projections, month closing, KPI tracking)
Experience with RFP/RFI processes
Strong customer communication skills
Understanding of SOW and project-related documentation
Experience in people management (1-1 meetings, performance reviews)
Readiness to join the evenings calls several times per week
Excellent English
