Business Technical Systems Support Engineer (Intern)
We are looking for Business Technical Systems Support Engineer (Intern) who is interested to start career in a dynamic environment of international technology company.
Essential functions
Provide user support for:
NetSuite
SuiteProjects Pro
Handle incoming support requests via Jira system
Perform initial issue analysis and troubleshooting. Readiness to find resolutions and test/implement them
Assist with basic system configurations and user access
Help with data checks and simple validations
Participate in testing system changes
Create and update user guides and documentation
Qualifications
Strong interest in ERP systems and IT support and future growth in this sphere
Basic understanding of business or finance processes (or willingness to learn)
Good attention to detail and analytical thinking, logic
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Liaising with stakeholders to identify and define accurate task requirements, scope and objectives
Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player mindset, want to help
Intermediate (or higher) MS Excel/GSheets level of knowledge
Willingness to work occasional overtime when required
Would be a plus
Prior experience in IT Systems Support, Finance etc.
