AI Developer
Are you passionate about building intelligent tools that streamline developer workflows? We are looking for a talented AI Developer to join our team and work on a dedicated project for a global leader in enterprise software, specializing in comprehensive workforce management and financial solutions.
In this role, your primary mission will be to design and develop a cutting-edge Intelligent Configuration Agent. This AI-driven tool will empower the client's internal developers to seamlessly generate structured JSON configurations for new system features and workflows using purely natural language instructions. If you love working with the latest Large Language Models and turning unstructured text into structured, actionable data, this is the perfect project for you!
Essential functions
AI Agent Development: Design, build, and deploy an intelligent agent that translates natural language instructions into complex, structured JSON configurations.
LLM Integration: Work extensively with various Large Language Models (including Claude, Genie, etc.) and integrate them effectively into the development workflow.
Registry Management: Utilize and manage the MCP (Model Context Protocol) Registry to streamline AI interactions.
Coding & Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python to power the backend logic of the AI agent.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, and fellow engineers to ensure the solution aligns with the client's technical architecture and business goals.
Qualifications
Programming Languages: Strong, hands-on coding ability in Python.
AI & LLMs: Proven experience working with various Large Language Models (e.g., Claude, Genie) and integrating AI into software products.
AI Tooling: Familiarity with the MCP Registry (or similar AI context/integration frameworks).
Data Structuring: Experience in processing natural language prompts and reliably converting them into structured data formats (like JSON).
Team Player: Strong communication skills and readiness to collaborate within an agile, specialized team structure.
Would be a plus
Cloud Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with AWS.
Data Platforms: Familiarity with Databricks.
Data Governance: Experience working with Unity Catalog.
