Safety Quality Analyst (French)
Working Hours Requirement: Overlap with US time zone until 3:00 PM EST
We are seeking a detail-oriented Safety Quality Analyst/Quality Evaluation Analyst with strong analytical and language expertise in French. In this role, you will evaluate data quality, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to improve system performance. You will work with large datasets, leverage statistical methods, and collaborate on building scalable evaluation frameworks, including those powered by modern AI systems.
This position is ideal for someone who combines technical data skills with the ability to interpret qualitative insights and translate them into meaningful improvements.
Essential functions
Provide language and market expertise to support specific storefronts
Analyze large datasets using statistical and computational methods to identify trends and patterns
Build dashboards, scripts, and workflows to streamline evaluation and reporting processes
Translate qualitative findings into clear loss patterns and actionable recommendations
Design and refine evaluation frameworks that capture nuanced human factors
Leverage LLMs and automation tools to build scalable evaluation pipelines
Collect, assess, and analyze model outputs at scale
Qualifications
Fluency in French
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
Strong proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Python for data analysis (e.g., pandas, NumPy, Jupyter)
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Ability to translate both qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights
Would be a plus
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI systems
Familiarity with automated evaluation pipelines or AI-driven analytics workflows
