Staff Frontend Developer

Working Hours Requirement: Overlap with US time zone until 11 PST
Essential functions
Design and implement UI components for the QMS platform
Build interactive data visualisations and dashboard views (charts, tables, pareto, waterfall) from template definitions
Implement client-side authentication flows, role-aware UI gating and product-line disclosure prompts
Ensure accessibility, responsive behaviour, and consistent design system usage across all views
Write and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests
Participate in agile development processes in SDLC, including sprint planning, iterative development, estimations, and design sessions
Qualifications
Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)
Track record of building data-rich, interactive UIs — dashboards, charts, tables with large datasets
Comfort working with charting/visualisation libraries (D3, Recharts, ECharts, or similar)
Experience with responsive, accessible design and component-based architecture (design systems)
Familiarity with state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, or similar) and real-time data (WebSockets)
Understanding of authentication flows (SSO/OAuth) and role-based UI gating
Have experience of building at least one project from scratch
Would be a plus
Prior work on enterprise/internal tooling or manufacturing/quality systems
Experience with collaborative editing UIs (presence, cursors, conflict resolution)
Familiarity with monorepo setups and CI/CD pipelines
