Senior Technical Program/Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to independently own and drive complex IT projects from initial pre-sale through final delivery and handover. You will be the single point of accountability for scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client satisfaction across the full project lifecycle.
This is a senior, client-facing role requiring strong technical fluency, commercial acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships at both the executive and operational levels. You will operate across multiple engagement models — including Fixed Price and other delivery structures where we carry end-to-end responsibility for outcomes.
Essential functions
Lead projects across the full lifecycle: pre-sale, discovery, delivery, and closure
Collaborate with Sales and Solution Architects to define scope, estimates, and delivery approach
Build and manage detailed project plans (scope, timeline, budget, risks, dependencies)
Assemble and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, data)
Drive execution through Agile or hybrid methodologies (planning, stand-ups, reviews)
Monitor progress, budget utilization, and delivery quality
Identify risks and issues early, and drive mitigation or resolution
Manage change requests and ensure alignment with project goals
Act as the primary client contact, providing regular updates and building strong relationships
Ensure successful delivery, acceptance, and project handover
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
Solid experience with software development lifecycles (SDLC)
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects in client-facing environments
Experience managing Fixed Price or outcome-based projects
Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
Ability to understand technical concepts (architecture, integrations, APIs, cloud)
Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
Strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
Would be a plus
Experience in consulting / software development companies
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
Experience with cloud platforms and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps)
Background in industries such as FinTech, Retail, or Logistics
