AI (Delivery) Architect
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions from concept to production. This role combines deep technical expertise in AI/ML with strong leadership and communication skills to bridge business needs with engineering excellence.
You'll architect scalable AI solutions, guide technical teams through complex implementations and balance cutting-edge innovation with practical business outcomes.
Essential functions
Lead AI software development projects from initial concept through production, ensuring long-term scalability and excellence
Design and define robust architectures for AI solutions, selecting the optimal cloud- or platform-agnostic technology stacks to meet project goals
Stay at the forefront of AI industry trends and integrate emerging technologies while maintaining a balance between cutting-edge innovation and operational stability
Drive technical decision-making by building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and prototypes to validate architectural assumptions
Partner with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, refine and finalize project requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive and aligned
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical efforts are directly contributing to the organization’s strategic objectives
Influence and establish high-standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes at both project and program levels
Set and uphold engineering best practices, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
Mentor Senior Engineers and Tech Leads, providing guidance on complex architectural challenges and career growth
Qualifications
7+ years of professional experience in developing production-grade systems as a Software Architect or Staff Engineer
Extensive experience delivering complex AI/ML programs from initial Proof of Concept (POC) through to full-scale production, including long-term support and optimization
Expert-level command of Large Language Models - Advanced Prompt Engineering, RAG and Agentic AI
Vector/Hybrid search, document processing and guardrail implementation
LLM fine-tuning, observability, monitoring and evaluation metrics
High proficiency in Python and its ecosystem
Practical experience across the modern technical stack, including Backend/Frontend integration, Data Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure
Strong expertise in at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and related ML platforms (Vertex AI), with a firm grasp of MLOps best practices
Hands-on experience defining and implementing project SDLC and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines
Would be a plus
Hands-on experience with Deep Learning (NLP, Computer Vision) using frameworks such as PyTorch or Hugging Face
Experience in designing platform-agnostic solutions that scale across multi-cloud environments
