Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our mobile-first ecosystem. This role is designed for a designer who thrives on complexity and excels at creating intuitive experiences for multi-feature platforms (B2C and B2B2C).
You will be embedded in a modern product team, taking full ownership of a defined area of the user journey.

Essential functions

  • Lead the UI/UX design for complex mobile applications, ensuring seamless experiences across both iOS and Android platforms

  • Architect complex user flows and interaction models for multi-feature platforms and high-interaction ecosystems.

  • Contribute to and utilize our proprietary React JS & React Native design system, maintaining consistency through token-based design principles

  • Own the design process from initial wireframes and interactive prototypes to final high-fidelity specifications

  • Work as a core member of a product team to drive discovery, delivery and ownership of specific app experiences

  • Collaborate closely with the Group Design team and technical stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment

  • Manage specifications and requirements using a modern stack, including Figma, GitHub and Vercel

  • Leverage tools like Lyssna, Typeform and Condens to conduct user research, gather insights and validate design decisions

  • Utilize Figma and emerging AI-assisted tools (Figma MCP, Claude-code) to accelerate the design-to-code workflow

Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a Senior UI/UX Designer, specifically building production-grade B2C or B2B2C platforms

  • Deep, specialized knowledge of native mobile design (iOS/Android) and modern mobile UX patterns

  • Demonstrated experience in designing Super Apps: fintech, e-commerce or other highly complex, multi-feature environments

  • Mastery of Figma and familiarity with token-based design systems

  • Comfort working within a developer-adjacent workflow (GitHub for requirements, understanding of React Native constraints)

  • Expert-level proficiency in interaction design, flow structuring and UX architecture

  • Exceptional ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Would be a plus

  • Hands-on experience or interest in using AI tools (e.g., Claude-code, Figma MCP) to enhance design productivity

  • Advanced skills in creating high-fidelity, logic-based prototypes that mirror production behavior

  • Experience in synthesizing complex qualitative data from tools like Condens into actionable design improvements
