Senior AI/ML Engineer
You’ll be part of a high-caliber engineering team building secure, scalable AI platforms, and integrating AI-based features into existing systems. Working closely with engineers and technical leaders at the client’s side, you’ll help to advance AI work across internal operations.
You will bring your experience and expertise to bear in both service design and implementation, building well-tested systems and delivering continuous incremental improvements.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for agentic and generative AI technologies, or traditional ML, is important. You’ll be helping to roll out AI features safely across the firm. This role is a chance to be at the forefront of AI, rolling out features to real users.
At Grid Dynamics, you will join an exceptional team of software professionals, with strong internal technical communities and a focus on learning, self improvement and developing as a professional software engineer.
Essential functions
Building robust and scalable systems, to service 10,000s of internal users.
Integrating LLM-based features, using internal AI platforms.
Working closely with client’s engineers and stakeholders to help define requirements.
Building high-quality, well tested applications and services.
Qualifications
We're hiring engineers with varying levels of experience with:
LLMs: hands-on experience with Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, or similar.
Orchestration frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, multi-agent systems.
ML/DL: NLP, PyTorch, TensorFlow, fine-tuning.
RAG: PostgreSQL, Vector DBs, advanced retrieval.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related field.
Would be a plus
Deployment: Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, observability & monitoring.
General: API and microservice design, TDD, CI/CD
