Senior Data Engineer

Essential functions

Key Responsibilities

Experience : 6 to 10 years

• Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar tools
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
• Support database performance tuning efforts, including query optimization and indexing strategies
• Collaborate with DBAs to troubleshoot and resolve performance or data-related issues
• Build and maintain data pipelines
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across pipelines and systems
• Assist in data modeling, schema design, and data warehouse development
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
• Work with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot data jobs to ensure reliability and SLAs are met
