His background includes technology and business consulting, startups, solution development, software and technology services sales, and leadership. Throughout his career, Valery played both individual contributor and organizational leader roles, leading teams in such companies as EMC and Wipro. Before joining Grid Dynamics, he served as Vice President and Head of North American Sales at EPAM for six years, where he built and led a high-performing hunting sales team that contributed significantly to the company’s growth.
