Staff Business Analyst
We are looking for a Staff Business Process Analyst to join us in the San Francisco area.
Essential functions
Partner with business stakeholders to understand content generation requirements, quality standards, and operational constraints
Analyze existing multi-stage product onboarding processes to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams implementing AI automation
Establish comprehensive quality control frameworks and feedback loops for all generated and authored content, with specialized focus on AI-generated materials
Design content validation processes that ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across human and AI-produced outputs
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on process optimization priorities and success metrics
Communicate AI capabilities and limitations to business leaders, setting realistic expectations for automation initiatives
Develop business cases and ROI projections for proposed process improvements and AI implementations
Qualifications
7+ years business consulting experience with strong stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to translate between business requirements and technical implementations
Experience designing quality assurance frameworks for content operations, particularly involving AI-generated materials
Understanding of AI/ML applications in content generation and their practical limitations
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities
Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required ; Master’s degree is a plus.
Preferred:
Retail/e-commerce background, particularly in product content management
Experience with digital transformation initiatives involving AI/automation
Background in content quality management and automated validation systems
Familiarity with product catalog operations and content workflows
