We are looking for a Staff Business Process Analyst to join us in the San Francisco area.

Essential functions

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand content generation requirements, quality standards, and operational constraints

  • Analyze existing multi-stage product onboarding processes to identify pain points and improvement opportunities

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams implementing AI automation

  • Establish comprehensive quality control frameworks and feedback loops for all generated and authored content, with specialized focus on AI-generated materials

  • Design content validation processes that ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across human and AI-produced outputs

  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align on process optimization priorities and success metrics

  • Communicate AI capabilities and limitations to business leaders, setting realistic expectations for automation initiatives

  • Develop business cases and ROI projections for proposed process improvements and AI implementations

Qualifications

  • 7+ years business consulting experience with strong stakeholder management skills

  • Proven ability to translate between business requirements and technical implementations

  • Experience designing quality assurance frameworks for content operations, particularly involving AI-generated materials

  • Understanding of AI/ML applications in content generation and their practical limitations

  • Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities

  • Strong presentation and communication skills for executive-level stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required ; Master’s degree is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Retail/e-commerce background, particularly in product content management

  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives involving AI/automation

  • Background in content quality management and automated validation systems

  • Familiarity with product catalog operations and content workflows
