HR Intern
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in Kyiv/Lviv. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR and L&D experience and grow your career in a dynamic, international work environment.
Essential functions
Learning and Development (L&D) Support:
Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS), including updating course content and monitoring user engagement.
Support the scheduling and organization of workshops, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and timelines.
Contribute to preparing reports on workshop participation and outcomes.
Participate in the development and design of new training courses.
HR Support Activities:
Assist with onboarding procedures and activities.
Provide support in organizing internal events and employee initiatives.
Employee Engagement:
Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
Assist with merchandise management and coordination with vendors.
Build and maintain trusted, collaborative relationships with employees across the organization to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Advanced level of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of fundamental HR processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow in HR and L&D
Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude
