Corporate Recruiter
Grid Dynamics, a Silicon Valley-based software engineering and services company focusing on next-generation e-commerce platforms and solutions is looking for an experienced and professional Talent Partner for Corporate & Leadership Hiring to fulfill our hiring needs. As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing top-level candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet company needs by finding candidates that match our organizational culture and open job positions.
Essential functions
Communicate with hiring managers to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
Provide market research and overview
Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Hiring process management (search, interview, candidate profile summary, provide feedbacks, background checks, job offer extension, hire finalization)
Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
Provide regular updates
Highlight issues during the recruitment process, create an improvement action plan
Vacancy promotion on the market
Qualifications
5 years of experience in recruiting including executive search
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Integrity and confidentiality
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English
