We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive complex product and project initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in business analysis, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of system integration, data modeling, and API development. You will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, gathering requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Essential functions
Manage and coordinate business analysis efforts for complex projects and product initiatives
Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and release plans in collaboration with stakeholders
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
Conduct business analysis and user research to inform product decisions and improvements
Estimate development efforts at a high level
Decompose, plan large tasks or even whole initiatives
Conduct and facilitate demos and presentations to achieve business needs
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in BA or a similar role
Ability to develop an approach for requirements management and facilitate implementation
Competent knowledge and experience with system integration and enterprise architecture
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work within a cross-functional team
Ability to set up and facilitate software development processes (if required by the project)
Expertise in system integration, data modeling, and API development
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex system issues
